By placing an order with Wall Art Manila, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Products & Services

• Wall Art Manila specializes in custom-made metal posters. All products are printed based on customer-submitted files and approved designs.

2. Orders & Design Approval

• Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all designs, layouts, sizes, and details before production.
• Once approved, orders are considered final and cannot be modified.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.
• Full or partial payment may be required before production.
• Orders will only proceed once payment is confirmed.

4. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• All metal posters are made-to-order.
• Once production has started, orders are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable, except in cases of proven defects or damage caused by us.

5. Production & Turnaround Time

• Production time begins after payment confirmation and design approval.
• Turnaround times provided are estimates and may vary due to volume, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Wall Art Manila is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party couriers.
• Customers are advised to inspect items upon receipt and report any issues within 24 hours.

7. Damages & Defects

• Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours upon receipt, with clear photos/videos as proof.
• Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

8. Color & Material Variations

• Slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to:
• Monitor or screen differences
• Metal surface characteristics
• These variations are not considered defects.

9. Image Quality & Copyright

• Customers confirm they own the rights or have permission to use all images, designs, and content submitted.
• Wall Art Manila is not liable for copyright infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.

10. Installation & Handling

• Wall Art Manila is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, handling, or environmental factors after delivery.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Changes to Terms

• Wall Art Manila reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
