Return & Refund Policy

At Wall Art Manila, we take pride in producing premium-quality metal posters. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All metal posters are made-to-order. Due to the customized nature of our products, orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE once production has started.

This includes:

• Custom sizes
• Custom designs or images
• Personalized text or layouts

2. Damaged or Defective Products

We accept returns or replacements ONLY IF:

• The item arrived damaged, or
• There is a manufacturing or printing defect caused by us

Conditions:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours upon receipt
• Clear photos/videos of the damage or defect are required
• The item must be unused and in its original condition

Once verified, we will offer:

• A replacement (reprint), or
• A refund, depending on the situation

3. Incorrect Orders Due to Customer Error

We are not responsible for errors related to:

• Incorrect image files submitted
• Low-resolution images
• Misspelled text or wrong details approved by the customer
• Color variations due to screen differences

These cases are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before production starts
• Once production has begun, cancellations are not allowed

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
• Processing time is 5–10 business days

6. Color & Display Disclaimer

Actual print colors may slightly vary due to:

• Monitor and screen settings
• Lighting conditions
• Such variations are not considered defects.
